v1.1: Minor cleanup.
v1.2: Added ESC function to clear Probe-A Phase 1. Use the ESC button to exit the Probe-A function after Phase 1 without needing to
complete Phase 2. This is useful if you notice the wrong bit size was selected after starting the probe.
v1.3: A request was made to include a step value of 10. This step value is active when cycling the Step/Bit button and both the 1 & 0.1 lights are lit up. Note this value only works for X and Y axis.
V1.3.1: A minor update to the Probe-All command to eliminate issue when probe block has a hole in the far back corner.
V1.3.2: Added a trigger to set the step size to match the pendant in UGS in case user manually jogs or adjusts the steps prior to using the pendant. Added key mapping to CONSOLE and ESC buttons for UGS to activate user defined macros.
